What tech do I need?
A bike and a helmet of course (safety first!)
At minimum to be successful, you'll need a way to measure your progress, so we recommend a computer head unit and a heart rate monitor so you can properly follow the training plan, and it's nice to have a cadence meter.
A power meter not necessary.
An indoor trainer is not necessary, however you can thwart many weather related problems by investing in one!
Do I have to do this all inside? All outside? Can I use my peloton or zwift?
All workouts are written to be done either inside OR outside.
Riding outside or on Peloton... then make sure to follow the words in the workout description more than the "workout builder".
